DeAnna Dunlap brings a well-rounded background in financial services and mortgage lending to every homebuying conversation. She has been in financial services since 2012 and has specialized in mortgage lending since 2020. Her experience includes first-time homebuyer programs, FHA, USDA and conventional loans, as well as refinancing, home equity lending and investment property financing.
DeAnna enjoys getting to know the person behind the loan and helping turn what can feel like a complicated process into a plan that makes sense. She takes pride in being a resource for her clients, answering questions along the way and providing personalized guidance from the first conversation through closing. She also stays connected to the industry through organizations including the ACUMA Young Professionals Community and OKC Sister Society.
When she’s not helping people navigate their homebuying journey, DeAnna enjoys reading, traveling and tackling home improvement projects. She’s also always on the lookout for a new coffee shop to try, making a good cup of coffee an important part of any adventure.

After years of helping people navigate the path to homeownership, Michelle Washington knows that every homebuying journey is different. She has been in the industry since 2006 and specializes in conventional, VA, USDA and FHA loans, along with construction, home equity and land loans.
Michelle enjoys being someone her clients can turn to when they have questions, need help understanding their options or simply aren’t sure where to begin. She believes the process doesn’t have to feel overwhelming and takes pride in helping people feel more confident about one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll make.
Life outside of work keeps Michelle just as busy. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and being outdoors. At home, she also stays busy with four dogs and a flock of chickens, so there’s never a shortage of personality around her house.

Nichole Helm has been part of the credit union industry since 2012 and has worked in mortgage lending since 2015. As VP of Mortgage Lending, she brings a broad understanding of the industry and a passion for leadership, professional development and collaboration. Nichole plays an important role in guiding the mortgage team and helping shape the experience they provide.
Nichole is actively involved in the credit union and mortgage communities. She currently serves as a Young Professional Advocate with Cornerstone League, co-chair of the ACUMA Young Professionals Network, a Great Oklahoma Chapter of Credit Unions Foundation Chapter Ambassador and a member of the Cornerstone Foundation Young Professional Advisory Board. She has also been involved with OKCUREN since 2015 and regularly participates in OKMBA events.
When she’s not immersed in the mortgage industry, Nichole enjoys spending time with her husband and their golden retriever. They love traveling and taking their dog along for road trips, and she’s always up for a round of golf, especially a fun scramble with friends and colleagues.
